I have also represented both secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy court and in the state courts. I pride myself when representing creditors in getting them what they are owed. I am known as an attorney who can handle tough cases on both sides of the line. My work also includes complex business litigation, real estate transactions, debt negotiation, asset protection and other legal services. I have worked extensively with both creditors and debtors so I understand the law from both sides. Whether you are considering filing for bankruptcy, hoping to get paid by a company or individual that owes you money, concerned with rent collection or need to pursue debt negotiation you will appreciate the approach and experience that I provide to all my clients. I am also flexible with respect to payment of fees and costs.

Creditors are subject to state law provisions incorporated into bankruptcy cases. If a bankruptcy court lifts the automatic stay and permits a specific creditor to seize and liquidate property subject to a lien, creditors must obey all state law limitations on collection practices. For more information, see legal assistance for debtors. Also, all statutory provisions depend on conformity with the prohibition against fraudulent conversions creating exempt property.
