I’m Dorothy Bunce. I am a Las Vegas attorney who decided to make Bankruptcy law my main area of practice. I named my law firm is “A Fresh Start” because I believe everyone deserves a second chance, especially if they have learned from their mistakes. I graduated from law school in 1978 and was admitted to the Nevada Bar later that year. The American Bar Association awarded me a certificate as one of the first 100 women admitted to the practice of law in Nevada. I believe being well organized is the most important skill a lawyer must have.
At “A Fresh Start,” my job is to help individuals fix their money problems. I represent people, not companies. My services are available for a fair price, and I offer payment options. I would like to help you, but I expect you to work with me toward the goal of making your financial life better. I can’t do it all for you! Creditors are subject to state law provisions incorporated into bankruptcy cases.
